Age

PV operates a strict age policy: all guests must be at least 18 years of age. If you do not meet this age requirement, you will not be accepted onto any of PV events or trips.

Changes to Bookings

Whilst some changes can be made by yourself on the online booking system, some changes must be made by emailing club@perfectvoyage.co. This may involve manual changes which will incur an admin fee, for further information please refer to the terms and conditions which can be found within the booking conditions.

Customer Care

If you have a complaint whilst on a trip, please address your complaints to a member of PV at the earliest possible opportunity as many complaints can be solved on the spot. If you cannot get a prompt resolution from the onsite team, it is essential that you report your complaint to the home office immediately by emailing club@perfectvoyage.co.

Payments

You can pay the entire amount owed in one lump sum, or alternatively if qualified monthly payments are available to be made through affirm.

Travel Insurance

The price you pay does not include travel insurance as Perfect Voyage does not sell or organize such insurance. In accordance with our bookings terms and conditions, you must have sufficient travel insurance that covers adventurous activities such as traveling prior to the commencement of your trip.
