• What types of trip packages do you offer?

  • Our trip packages all are full packages, meaning they include flights and accommodations as well as at least 1 excursion. Some trips include meals/drinks or more, and some trips are fully all-inclusive with all meals and beverages covered for the full stay. Look at the details under the trip listing for full info.

• How do I book a fully booked trip package?

  • Go into Our Trips section at the top and click on the trip you are interested in. On that page there should be options for dates to choose from. Choose your date and checkout while providing your card information. All groups should be booked together is possible. For most of our trips our dates are already set and in order to book a trip during other dates you will need to reach out to a representative.

• What benefits do I get with a Club Voyage subscription?

  • Club Voyage is designed to provide you with trips and flights at the cheapest possible price. We provide the service of passing along the best possible travel deals we can find anywhere exclusively to our subscribers. This includes fully booked trips, weekend hot deal trips, extremely cheap flights, events, and much more.

• Do you offer customized trip packages?

  • We do offer customizations to trips, before booking your desired trip you should reach out to one of our representatives who will quickly get back to you and work out the details of your custom trip and provide you with a quote for however many people that will be going on the trip.

• Can I cancel or modify my trip reservation?

  • You can modify or cancel your trip up to 1 month before your departure and receive a full-refund. After this time period, full-refunds are any refunds are not guaranteed.

• How can I contact customer support if I need assistance during my trip?

  • Our customer support team is available 24/7 to assist with booking, trip details, help during a trip, etc.

• Are there any loyalty rewards or referral programs available?

  • We have an affiliate program where with each referral you can receive a cash commission or credits towards a future trip package.
